- Aside from appearing in the gameplay preview, Daphne & Jan are respectively the 13th and 14th non-playable characters to be introduced in the #StarsofVinylCity event.
- In the Japanese dub, Daphne is the second character to be voice by Keiko Kobayashi; her first is Yinu's Mother.
- Jan's Japanese voice actor, Kiyosato Takaya, also voices his second given character, Robot.
- Daphne & Jan are homages to Daphne Lee (3D character modeler) and Jan Teo (character designer).
