The Festival Plaza is the main hub of Vinyl City, and one of the main locations from No Straight Roads. It is close to Mayday and Zuke's sewers, which is the underground part of Vinyl City.

The Plaza is also the main area where the Grand Qwasa is at.

Radio (Siren) Tower:

• Mayday: "I hate this tune! It’s always on! At all hours, all night! Ugh!"
• Zuke: "I heard they were installed throughout the island for announcements. Now all they do is blast NSR promos day and night. It’s practically background noise to me now..."

Lost Award(s):

• Mayday: " “A special award for Activism… Popiah Pedas Masak Merah”? Cool! Too bad NSR stopped giving these out..."
• Zuke: "Ah! It’s an actual AAM award! They used to mean something back in the 90s."

Old Flight Cases:

• Mayday: "It’s a promoter’s old flight cases. The locks are jammed so whatever’s in them is probably going to stay locked forever."
• Zuke: "It says “Property of Sonidos del Erizo”... whoever painted this somehow managed to make it last decades."

Qwasa Transformer:

• Mayday: "It’s a Qwasa transformer. I’m not sure exactly how it works, but I heard from somewhere it turns music into power."
• Zuke: "It’s an NSR Qwasa transformer. They installed them across the city to help stabilize the power, but there’s always some low life breaking them open for parts."

Music Festival Program Book:

• Mayday: "They used to hold really grand festivals here with performers from all over the world! It would’ve been so fun to play with them!"
• Zuke: "There aren’t many opportunities like these anymore. Everything has to go through NSR, and it’s all about EDM for them these days."

Album Cover Maker:

• Mayday: "We’ve actually used these for some of our album covers!"
• Zuke: "May loves these. I personally find them a little tacky."

Unattended Speaker:

• Mayday: "We used to have a pretty active basking scene here. I guess everyone just prefers to perform indoors these days."
• Zuke: "Viktor used to own this. I heard he’s playing somewhere up north nowadays… whatever that means."

Trivia

• "Sonidos del Erizo" means "Hedgehog's Sounds" in Spanish.
  • This could be a reference to the fact that main composers Andy Tunstall, Falk Au Yeong, James Landino, and Funk Fiction worked on two Sonic the Hedgehog's fan games.
