Kura Kura Stream Hub appears to be a virtual concert center in which Sayu streams her concerts to her viewers/fans. Kura Kura Stream Hub is also the area in which Sayu's boss battle against Bunk Bed Junction takes place.
Features[]
Kura Kura Stream Hub shares similar attributes to Akusuka, what with it's many aquatic references outdoors and the glowy buildings and roads surrounding it. The walkway towards Kura Kura contains pillars with two pictures of Sayu on it: a pink one with Sayu making a heart gesture with her hands and a blue one with Sayu saluting. The Stream Hub itself is decorated with pictures and advertisements containing Sayu, a big window showing into the hub as a silhouette of Sayu dances. Below is 'SAYU' spelt out in her logo's stylization, as well as marquee effect above the window with Sayu's name displayed on it. Outdoor of Kura Kura resides Joey, Retdex, and Daphne & Jan.
Objects[]
Traditional Mask[]
- Mayday: "It’s supposed to be a traditional mask from the East. Even I can tell they’re cheap knockoffs."
- Zuke: "t’s a replica mask. They used to be more popular around these parts, but all that’s left of those days are these cheap replicas. There’s no place for class nowadays."
Traditional Drums[]
- Mayday: "It used to be impossible to find these in the district. There was always a back-order of these things for the performance halls... I missed them."
- Zuke: "My brother and I played with one of these a long time ago... I think it may have started me on this road I’m on."
Internet Service Provider Stand[]
- Mayday: "What a sell-out! This has NOTHING to do with music! NSR is such a corporate shill! They could AT LEAST have chosen a local service provider..."
- Zuke: "I guess as far as celebrity tie-ins come, this makes sense. Though I do miss the days they’d have an actual musician sign autographs in person."
Sayu Toy Capsule Machine[]
- Mayday: "Sayu does toy capsules too...? ... Better not let Zuke see this. He seems to hate these things for some reason."
- Zuke: "I hate these things! What sort of business runs itself on the idea of selling people things on the OFF-CHANCE you’d get what you want? When I buy a pair of drumsticks, I want to get DRUMSTICKS!"
Trivia[]
- The Stream Hub seem to be named after the Malay word "kura-kura", meaning "tortoise". It could also be named after the Japanese word "kurakura", meaning "dizziness" or "giddiness", possibly as a reference to Sayu's personality.
