In the mural, they appear be wearing a classic detective-type wine red suit and tie with gold buttons and highlights, as well as round black glasses and a brown hat.

- They are only seen as a mural in the first stage of Tatiana's boss fight before the rest of the murals, including theirs, shattered.
- The character's mural contains themes of water (and possibly plumbing).
- They have been teased to be more relevant multiple times by game devs, though their actual significance to the game lore is unknown.
- That being said, they may be related to the trumpet fountains found around the city.
