Timmy is a technician who can often be found inspecting Qwasa installations damaged by Bunk Bed Junction. He is also an NPC in No Straight Roads.

He is shown to be a man with white thick eyebrows, beard, and mustache. He also wears a yellow t-shirt with matching yellow gloves. He also wears blue overalls with a brown belt and grey buckle and a blue cap. He also wears some yellow and brown shoes.
