Zam is a radio DJ, and Bunk Bed Junction's host in the sewers who excitedly prepares them to go live on radio and an NPC in No Straight Roads. His radio station is called Pirate Radio.

Zam is shown to be a yellow-skinned man with teal hair and eyes who wearing a designed button shirt with some grey pants, and a metal grey bracelet. He is also shown to wear two pairs of headsets, white ones being on his head and some blue-green ones around his neck. He also has a mustache and a beard.

- Zam is the third character to be revealed on No Straight Roads' #StarsofVinylCity event.
- He is also the second new character to be revealed in this event.
- Both of Zam's French and Spanish voice actors also are the respective voices of NSR's promotional announcer.
